SCUBA Safari in Madagascar Description
Situated on a small island just off Nosy Be Island, our lodge is a few minutes walk from the sea! Home to large populations of green sea backed turtles, our house reef supports a wealth of tropical fish and a diversity of hard and soft corals and the flamboyant brightly coloured critters that live amongst them: reef fish, nudibranchs and rare pygmy pipehorses to mention a few. This is as much an underwater mecca for divers and snorkelers, as it is above the water, rewarding those exploring on foot or in a kayak – with a wealth of unique indigenous plant, animals and birdlife. Accommodation is either in traditional rustic bungalows for two, or larger villas for two couples, all with private bathrooms, fans and mosquito nets. Watch out for inquisitive lemurs in the trees above. For those keen to relax between dives – chose between a massage or cocktails on the beach – need we say more!
